Developed strategies to: provide $5 trillion in financing for unmet infrastructure needs across the U.S., without relying on new Federal spending, deficits, or taxes. Summarized the economic effects of this new public bank on: employment, business growth and productivity, and Federal, State and local budgets. Contributed to building an effective nationwide grassroots coalition of support for the Bill. Monitored the US banking sector, and the adequacy of current monetary policy to prevent another financial crisis and recession, exacerbated by Federal Reserve policies to fight inflation.
